Greeting SELC PK Families,

Pre-school is a unique grade level for many reasons, one being that we begin accepting applications in January. Word of mouth from current and former Stowe families is one of our most powerful recruitment strategies. This year, we are asking for your help in both spreading the word AND hoping you will place an SELC PK sign in your yard. We will be more than happy to deliver the signs to your yards or you can take them from school when you pick up/drop off. Your child's teacher will have them in their classrooms available for you! A FEW REMINDERS:

• Friday DECEMBER 23rd is an early release day leading into Winter break. We look forward to seeing you back at school on January 3rd!

• FLU SHOTS ARE DUE TO NURSE JEN BY DECEMBER 23rd! Because we are not in school due to Winter break, please get your vaccine documentation to NURSE JEN by December 23rd! Your child will NOT be permitted to return on January 3rd if this has not been received, per the Connecticut immunization requirements for PK. In the event you cannot get the flu shot prior to this date, a doctor's note with the scheduled appointment date will work.
