The Finish Line Is Coming...
Staff:
The final countdown is upon us. It’s hard to believe we will be finishing out the year this Thursday. Anyway, we have lots to complete this week. Be sure to have your grades completed and turned in to Loretta by Tuesday (See below). Please let me know if you need anything at all this week.
You will find both the Principal and Assistant Principal’s Survey at the bottom of this eNews. Please fill them out as it’s important to get meaningful feedback in order to grow. There will be an open box at the end for direct comments. Thank you very much for taking the time to complete our surveys.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week with your students!
Dean W. Packard
Principal

Parent Contacts – Students in Danger of Failing or Missing Work:
If a student isn’t going to pass your class, please be sure to contact their parents or guardians. Additionally, through your Team Leader, please list the student and the grade on the shared Doc below. If students aren’t in good academic standing, parents need to know that their child may be held at school to complete missing work during field trip opportunities as well. We don’t want to have any surprises. See shared Doc below…
Inclusive Learning Teams Locations:
I will be reaching out this week with our room movements for next year. This way will have total inclusive learning environments at each grade level. I apologize if you are relocated; however, I need to ensure these inclusive teams are embedded within the same learning areas. Thank you for understanding – See last week's e-mail.
Final Evaluations – TeachPoint
I have completed all of the Summative and Formative evaluations for the 2018-2019 school year. Please log into your account and review and sign accordingly. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Mr. Olson and I will be attending one of your Team sessions this week to have our 1 on 1 reviews in your classroom.
2019-2020 Student Team Scheduling
This week we will be working towards finalizing the student team schedules for to 2019-2020 school year. Administration and guidance will be working hard to get this close to being completed this week – we will try our best. Our focus is 5th grade first. We will focus on just the teams for the students. This way all students will know what team they are on prior to leaving school.
