From the Principal’s Desk

Dear Shiloh Family,

Thank you for attending Principal's Snack Chat on Tuesday. It is always a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to speak with parents and listen to the wonderful suggestions and comments you offer in order to ensure that Shiloh continues to Model Excellence Every Day! We also had a great PTSA meeting, wherein we discussed upcoming elections for the 2019-2020 school year. If you would like to nominate someone to serve on the Executive Board for PTSA next school year, please complete a nomination form and submit via email: the shilohmsptsa1@gmail.com or you may submit via your child's homeroom teacher or the school's front office. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Click here for the nomination form.

As we embark upon an extended weekend, I wanted to remind parents and students of GCPS "Think Before You Post Campaign." Please use this time to discuss the importance of this initiative with students. Attached below you will find two letters that will guide you as you have conversations with your students at home.

In conclusion, I must take this opportunity to celebrate our Boys and Girls Basketball Teams! Their tenacity and great sportsmanship throughout this season are to be commended. Our coaches have done an outstanding job and the community support has been tremendous!

Thank you for your ongoing support and I hope that you have a wonderful weekend!

Your Proud Principal,

Dr. Tereka Williams

Relay for Life

Historically, Gwinnett County has the biggest Relay for Life event in the country. This is a charitable event to raise funding for the American Cancer Society. The big event is in May and involves thousands of people and to put it simple is a lot of fun. We are looking for team members to help Shiloh make an impact in the great effort. Please let us know if you would like to join the fun.
