Mountain View Weekly Update
October 13
A message from the Superintendent of Schools
Dear Mendham Borough School Community:
We understand that many of us are experiencing increased concern regarding our safety and security and that of our families. I have been in contact with Chief Camoia, and he has assured me that patrols are repeatedly checking our schools in addition to the presence of Officer Ryerson as our District Class III Officer. They encourage the community to report any suspicious activity to their department immediately. We have not received any information from the State or the Department of Education regarding any threats. We remain vigilant, as a safe and secure learning environment is our priority.
Below, you will find information and resources from our school counselors that may assist you in speaking with your children. Our caring teachers and dedicated counselors and administrators are ready to support our students and families; please contact any of us with any questions or concerns.
Mitzi N. Morillo Ed.D.
