Principal's Post

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Tomorrow our Face to Face students will take the Reading portion of the SC Ready assessment and Thursday they will take the Math portion. Virtual students' testing schedule is below and located on the website. Please remember Virtual students should arrive at the auditorium by 9:00am for testing.

The deadline to complete the Parent South Carolina Department of Education survey is tomorrow and we have had 57 participate. Thank you!!! If you have not done so, please take a few minutes to complete it. The link is https://ed.sc.gov/surveys/parent-survey/ and our school code is 4603019. Additional information regarding the survey and instructions are included in the pdf below.

8th-grade parents Save the Date!!! June 18th we will host an 8th-grade Celebration Ceremony via Facebook Live at 9:30 AM and a Lunch Luau with Kona Ice. Both events will be for Virtual AND Face to Face Raiders! We want to truly celebrate all they have accomplished this year. Students should plan to dress nicely for the ceremony and bring a change of clothes for the Lunch Luau. We also encourage a water bottle and sunscreen. The ceremony and Lunch Luau are for our students only since there are visitor restrictions due to Covid. If you cannot watch the ceremony live, a recording will be posted in your child's Counselor's Canvas course.

Have a great week!

Warm Regards,

Heather Andrus
