A Message from Superintendent Colleen Burns Jermain, Ed.D.
Dear Newport Schools Parents, Families, and Staff:
Last Thursday evening we celebrated Rogers High School’s 150th graduating class, the Class of 2023. It was a beautiful evening for graduation and to recognize the hard work of our graduating Vikings, and the parents, loved ones, teachers, and coaches who supported them on their journey to earning a high school diploma. Congratulations again to the Class of 2023!🎓 We know you have a bright future ahead and wish you nothing but success in pursuing your education, careers, and passions!
We are just two weeks away from the last day of the 2022-2023 school year. If you haven’t already, be sure to check out the many summer learning and summer activity opportunities our One Newport community partners have available. Learning doesn’t stop when school’s out. So make sure your student has a plan for summer learning, and of course some summer fun too!
Have a great week everyone!
Sincerely,
Colleen Burns Jermain, Ed.D.
