Hunter Lanford stayed at Thomas Hospital for 20 days after being diagnosed with leukemia. His mother Alicia never left his side, and his father Kevin took care of Hunter's younger brothers and drove back and forth from Orange Beach to Fairhope several times a week. Hunter was able to come home Jan. 28. Hunter requires expensive medication to continue his fight.
