The right food equals the right health!

Fruits and Vegetables

Have at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. You've got tons of choices, like apples, carrots, greens, grapes, etc. (potatoes don't count!)

Meat and Good Protein

Drop less of the fried food and eat baked chicken, or fish! Eat beans too because they're a good source of protein, too!

Put some of these in your meal:

Be sensitive about your portions!

No fat!

No fried foods, and cut the restaurant foods, so that they are for rare occasions, and try to eat at healthy restaurants, like Subway or Boston Market. Also, cut those big meals. Follow these steps, and you will have passed: Eating 101!
