Lexi Palmer

What is stress?

Stress is your body responding to any command. When people are stressed over things going on, their bodies respond by releasing chemicals in to their blood. The chemicals can be a good thing if you are responding to physical danger, because it can make you do things you thought you could never do before...but it can also be a bad thing if it has to do with something emotional.

What are the causes of stress?

Stress can be caused by worrying about things that you have no control over, fear of something that can be dangerous to you, stressing over things around you, stressing over school or work and family as well.
