It almost had the look it had to day
The Triassic Period was the first period of the Mesozoic Era and occurred between 251 million and 199 million years ago. Climate was dry all over Pangaea with hot summers and cold winters.
In this period it was packed with dinosaurs, fish and other small mammals. The climate was how it is now.
The Cretaceous Period was the last and longest segment of the Mesozoic Era. It lasted approximately 79 million years. This was the period where the extinction happened. It washed out all the dinosaurs.
