Wednesdays: 7:30pm, Vinyasa Yoga
An energetic style of yoga that will include sun salutations, a variety of standing/seated poses, and the potential for arm balances and inversions. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required.

Saturdays: 9:30am, Yin Yoga, Outdoors in the side yard
Yin Yoga focuses mainly on the legs, spine, and hips. Expect mostly seated postures being held for sustained periods of time (anywhere from 3-10 minutes). This is a non-flowing class suitable for most levels. Bring your sunglasses!

About Julie

Julie Menge, E-RYT 200, teaches classes that are infused with humor, alignment, rhythmic flow, and a steady balance between effort and ease. Julie hopes that you will walk away from her classes with strength, calmness, and a sense of empowerment over your practice, your life, and the decisions you make on and off the mat.

In her "former life," she studied information science and business at the University of Pittsburgh and worked in the human resources field for several years. After much soul searching, she eventually left the corporate world to focus on teaching yoga full-time.

Julie lives in Wilkinsburg with her husband Nate and their two rescued dogs, Chelsea and Buzz. Feel free to reach out at with questions.
