Creating Positive Relationships
CPR + curriculum will be taught during the week of March 13-17 for 5th grade, 6th grade, and during electives for high school. It will be taught during the week of March 20-24 for 7th and 8th grade during their Bible class. Each grade level receives separate, grade-level appropriate instruction. Below is a brief overview of what will be covered at each level:
5th graders will have a one-day, one-hour session (boys and girls split) to learn about their body changes only (males learn about males, females about females)
6th-8th graders will receive 5 days of instruction during one period each day. These grade levels discuss more about relationships, boundaries, and what God has to say about sex before and within marriage.
10th grade, and any new to TPCS upperclassmen will receive 5 days of instruction during one period each day and will expand on the topics covered in 6th-8th grades.
If you have any questions, please contact Julie Harris, School Counselor: JLHarris@tpcs.org.

Is My Child Re-Enrolled for Next Year?
Simple answer: YES! We are automatically re-enrolling all students and are happy to do that for you every year from now on. Isn’t that awesome! Your tuition deposit for next year ($200per child K-12 and $100 per child Early Childhood) will be deducted from your bank account on April 1. There is no other payment for next year due at this time.
Now, if you do not plan for your child to return to Traders Point this fall, you must fill out an “Intent Not to Return” form and give that to us by 5pm on Wednesday, March 1st. This form is available at the TPCS front office or from Early Childhood staff. Otherwise all students will be re-enrolled for 2017-2018 on March 2. Contact admissions@tpcs.org for more information or with questions.
Since we are handling re-enrollment for all families, it will be very, very important for all families to log into RenWeb and update their contact and family information. It is simple to do that.
How do I Update My Contact and Emergency Info Now or for Next Year?
- Login to your Renweb/ParentsWeb account (our district is: TP-IN)
- Select Family Information from the options on the left sidebar
- Find Online Filing Cabinet in the screen center
- Click Family Demographic Form
- All of your family members and different info fields will appear so you can make whichever updates are needed
2017-2018 Financial Aid and Scholarships
Here’s a quick reminder for families pursuing financial aid or merit scholarships. Applications submitted by the 15th of each month will receive a response from our business office by the end of that month. You then have two weeks to accept, reject or request that we consider an adjustment. So once your 2016 tax return is completed, submit your aid application on FACTS – here’s the direct link: TPCS Financial Aid Application. Contact Cheri Bracken with any questions.

Dress Code for the Semi-Formal:

SCRIP- Shop to Earn Cash Back for Tuition!
With scrip fundraising, families can easily earn cash for tuition for their own children (80%) and for the school (20%) while they shop.
Scrip is simple. Order gift cards, e-cards, reloadable or printable certificates for many places at which you shop, dine and play already and a percentage of what you spend comes right back to you as a credit on your student account. Simply use scrip gift cards for everyday purchases, and earn a rebate on each one at no additional cost.
Scrip is easy. Families purchase online – no checks, no submitting order forms to the school -- and your cards/certificates are available either instantly for print, redemption on your Smartphone, or as reloadable gift cards. For more information, visit the Scrip website at www.shopwithscrip.com.
To sign up you will need our Traders Point enrollment code. However, we are unable to publicly publish our enrollment code for security reasons. Please email tpcascrip@gmail.com for this code and further directions.
We pray this will be a blessing to all of our Traders Point families!
