Prime Group LeaseStar Update
- User Presence Notifications are now active in Lead2Lease. This feature will display an alert on the screen of a guest card that is being simultaneously worked by another user. By keeping everyone on the same page, this feature will eliminate the possibility of overwriting a colleague's work.
Leasing Summary - Q4 2015 Analysis
After looking at data in Lead2Lease for Q4 2015 I noticed a couple of things:
- Referrals are a top source for Prime Group across the portfolio which is great to see. Per the chart and graph my recommendation would be to consolidate the referral sources into - (Resident Referral, Property Referral, & Previous Resident). This way you would have three distinct buckets of referrals instead of six which will provide you with greater visibility/granularity into exactly which referrals are your top performers. On a side note - if you would like to learn how we can boost your existing referral program through our LeaseStar Social Referrals product please let me know. Clients that currently use this product have found that their existing residents who participate in our program are 3x more likely to a referral lease vs non participating residents.
- "Other" is a strong source in terms of leases and conversion. My recommendation would be to encourage onsite teams to try and ask every lead how they find out about their property. 52 leases in a 3 month span is a considerable amount of revenue and it would be great if you could attribute this revenue to specific sources because it would give you an edge when it comes to planning budgets/ad spend.
