History Of Elizabeth Quay
A very interesting history exists at the Elizabeth Quay site and surrounding areas. The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority continues to work closely with all heritage investors to make sure this history is celebrated and looked after for generations to appreciate for years to come.

The florence Hummerston Kiosk and the Morton Bay fig tree had been made for the European and Aboriginal Heritage
The strategy has been developed to weave the European and Aboriginal history into the public and private development sites at Elizabeth Quay
The strategy was also supported by a number of management plans and archive records , as all the information has been developed to inform plans for Elizabeth Quay and document the values of the site for the public
