Booker T. Washington, a leader in the African American community is speaking out. He wants justice for himself and his fellow community. Why? You may ask because there are people out there worth fighting for. He will not stop until African Americans and Whites have equal rights! After all, we are all created equally right?

Segregation in the U.S.

Jim Crow Gotta Go!

Jim Crow laws are taking over our newly founded country. Even though African Americans were free from slavery they still do not do not have the same rights as others. Schools are segregated and also bathrooms and diners. The KKK attacked African Americans for not obeying to the rules they would beat them and even murder them.

Who Really Killed Mary Phagan?

Mary Phagan a 13 year old girl dead at the scene of the crime. She left her little home on the outskirts of Atlanta for just a few hours and never returned. The main suspect Leo Frank the pencil factory manager says he didn't commit the crime. He gave the little girl her pay and went on about his work. The night manager says he found the little girl dead in the basement he says he had nothing to do with the crime, he was just there doing his job patrolling the factory. The case has went to court and there is no real evidence against Mr.Frank. All the can rely on is the words of Jim Crowley a homeless man who says he would see Leo Frank sweet talk and mess with the girls. In the end they give Leo Frank life in prison and Jim Crowley admits he lied on the stand. Later on Leo Frank is hung by the Knights of Mary Phagan they felt as though justice should be served. All in all the world may never know what happened to poor little Mary Phagan.

John Pemberton the founder of Coca-Cola has made a very grand creation. Coca-Cola is sweeping the nation children, adults, and old folks are all buzzing about the new invention. John Pemberton originally a pharmacist got interested into the tasty and bubbly sensation of soda. Coca-Cola is very original the design of coke is very unique and distinct. The label on Coca-Cola is one of a kind! So, next time your out go and taste the snap, crackle, and pop of Coca-Cola.

W.E.B Dubois And The NAACP.

W.E.B Dubois founder of the NAACP is speaking out. He wants social justice for himself and his people. NAACP which stands for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is an organization in which W.E.B Dubois ran. W.E.B Dubois is a civil rights activist, author, and editor. Born and raised in Massachusetts Dubois grew up to become a racial activist. The NAACP is growing bigger and bigger by the day.
