Incremental Progress
We will be focusing on making incremental progress.
"Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run-over if you just sit there" - Will Rogers
My takeaway - you'll get run over if you're not moving. Every week, if we make a little progress, by the end of the 6 weeks and semester, a drastic change will occur.
As the image quote says, change comes from moving inches at a time.
Incremental Progress is what brings everyone up to a new level. I REALLY enjoyed Friday's sessions led by Teacher VOICE and implemented by Teacher CHOICE. Each one of the presenters took our campus to the next level. What was very telling was the Exit Ticket Answer to the second question, 'What should we consider for the whole staff to be trained on' ... almost everyone gave a different answer. That shows that there wasn't just one or two good sessions, but many good sessions. Thank you for a great day of PD!!
Use what you learned and lets continue forward.
Onward!
