Hello, Castle View Families:
Make sure to take note of the LONG ASSEMBLY SCHEDULE next Friday, May 5 for Yearbook Distribution (it's pictured below).
Also, we are excited to have completed students' schedules for the 2023-2024 school year. I know that many were anxious about the impact the new bell schedule would have on their ability to complete their coursework plans-- I hope having this information earlier than typical helps to ease that some.
Current Sabercats' Schedules for next year were released in Infinite Campus today at 3pm. (If you need a reminder of how to log into IC, click HERE).
If you see an error on your schedule, please use the SCHEDULE CORRECTION FORM. It will be available Monday, May 1st through Friday, May 19th.
Please understand that the schedule correction window is an extremely busy time for our counselors, and they will not be able to keep up with emails with specific requests. This form is the best way to contact them about your schedule. They will check the form frequently, and they appreciate your understanding. Please also note the CVHS SCHEDULE CORRECTION POLICY as you make requests for adjustments.
The incoming Class of 2027 will receive their schedules and access to the schedule correction form in their Welcome to Sabercat Nation folder on May 10, right after the Moving Up Assembly.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, and as always, thank you for sharing your kids with us; it is our honor to serve them.

A note from our registrar
Will you be moving at the end of the school year? If so, please email me at delana.hoogeboom@dcsdk12.org for your student's withdrawal form. Records will not be forwarded without a parent-signed withdrawal form and a completed student withdrawal form.
Next steps:
- A parent/guardian must complete and sign the withdrawal form.
- On the last day of attendance, the student will take the student withdrawal form to their teachers to receive a withdrawal grade and the teacher's signatures.
- All textbooks, library books, and Chrome books with charging cords must be returned to the library.
- Outstanding fees must be paid or cleared by the Bookkeeper.
- Students must turn in their school ID card and parking permit and clean their lockers.
Upon completing all steps, the student may obtain a copy of the withdrawal form, an unofficial transcript, and an immunization record for their new school.
Attention Class of 2023!
