LEAD2LEASE UPDATE

  • Custom Activity Based report for December 2015 was delivered to TGM team during the first week of January 2016.


  • Provided a 2015 lead analysis of ReachLocal.com/PPC by property - month over month.


  • Our team adjusted the Custom Activity Based report per request to include an additional column that displays the reason why a lead was concluded/dead.

LEAD2LEASE FOLLOW UP LEADERS - DECEMBER 2015

The TGM Communities listed below led the way across the portfolio in terms of how many follow ups they averaged per lead. The nine communities listed below all averaged at least two follow ups per lead. Our recommendation is to encourage the remaining TGM Communities to shoot for three follow ups per lead in order to increase conversion rates.

TGM ASSOCIATES LEASESTAR SUPPORT CASES - DECEMBER 2015

In December 2015, there were a total of 13 Lead2Lease support tickets, 9 of which were for user credentials, 3 were related to Property Settings/Integrations and 1 was a "How to" question related to reporting.
