Summer is quickly approaching. Many of you will be leaving the nest and trying to find your own way. Parents, you will find that you have extra time you don't know what to do with. Staff, it's time to breathe and do something nice for yourself. Life has been pretty hectic for quite a long time now and you may not have had much time for yourself. Well this newsletter is just for you. It is filled with articles, tips, and videos to help you feel reinvigorated, replenished, and valued. In times like these, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and despairing. To stay positive for your students, your families, yourself, we hope you'll take some time every day for self-care. Thank you to our parents, families, teachers and school leaders for all that you do.
