In Puerto Rico, traditional Christmas food are roast pork served with rice, pigeon peas, and pork, a dough made from mashed green bananas, filled with meat, and wrapped in banana leaves. Cooking the roasted pig takes all day. They start very early in the morning.A popular Puerto Rico desserts is rice pudding, set custard made from coconut milk They have a drink that’s kind of like eggnog, but made from rum!
