Lincoln Wins Evergreen Award!
On Monday 5/13 Bay County Executive Jim Barcia and Program Coordinator Alicia Wallace visited Bangor Lincoln to present the Heroes of the Earth club with the Michigan Green Schools Evergreen Award. This is the highest honor in the Michigan Green Schools Program recognizing environmental education in schools.
Congratulations to our students and staff on this honor!
Muffins with Mom
Kindergarten welcomed in all mothers and special ladies for a Muffins with Mom event to celebrate Mother's Day. Thank you to all who were able to attend!
Volunteers Needed!
We are in need of volunteers for our Field Day on June 6. We have half day and full day options, but you do need to have your volunteer check completed with the main office!
Please email Mr. Pake at pakek@bangorschools.org if you are interested in helping out!
Lost and Found
Our lost and found is overflowing after the winter months! Please make sure to have your child check to see if they have lost any items. Any items that remain at the end of May will be donated.
Donations Needed!
To help make our field day a success, we are in need of the following donations:
- ICEE Pops
- Full-Size Candy Bars
- Face Paint
- Bubbles
If you are able to help with any of these items, please bring them to the main office by the end of May.
CMMS Visit
Lincoln's third-grade classrooms were treated to a visit by Mr. Miller's class from CMMS. Middle school students buddied up with our third graders to share their love of reading!
