Kent ISD Virtual Learning Lab
First in a Series: AP Biology
Teachers Learning from Teachers
Join me, Wendi Vogel, Kent ISD Science Consultant, as I facilitate our first virtual learning lab. We will spend time in Chad VanHouten's classroom, an AP Biology teacher at Kentwood Public Schools in Kent County, MI. Use this observation as a learning opportunity to take back something back into your classroom, no substitute required!
Event Information
Virtual Learning Lab, Online Learning, Part 1
This portion of the virtual learning lab will be a pre-observation conversation with Chad about the lesson he will be teaching. In the chat on the webinar, guest teachers, or registrants, will be able to ask questions directly to Chad, as well as set goals for their own learning while observing the lesson.
After this webinar, guests/registrants will watch the lesson and make "noticings" and "wonderings" about the lesson on a provided learning lab guide. The classroom video will be available 24 hours after the 1st webinar, and to be watched on your own time.
