Welcome Students, Parents, and Staff

Judson ISD is so proud of all of our students, parents, and staff members. We only have one month to go ! We hope you have enjoyed learning from home and hope that you continue to practice social emotional learning while at home. This month is Mental Health Awareness Month. We want students, parents, and staff to know that we care. Mental illness should not be a stigma and we are here to help.

It is also, National Foster Care Month and Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Month.

It includes encouragement and advice about self care, supporting their children, and fun print-out tips and activities. Here's the link: https://www.1in5minds.org/covid

Online Resource for Teachers to Work with Students Struggling with Mental Health Disorders

  • Realizing that teachers are under huge stress, Clarity CGC published a new online resource specifically for educators to provide information and resources to work with students struggling with mental disorders. This new webpage is the result of two years of collaboration with the H.E. Butt Foundation and Communities in Schools. In addition to topics on Mental Health 101, Common Issues, Helping Students, Helping Parents and Self Care, it includes specific COVID-19 information to help teachers adjust to the new situation.
