- Fourth graders are learning the Zones of Regulation with our social worker, Ms. Colbert.
- Mrs. Strizich and Mr. Copeland have opened the learning commons safely for students.
- Fifth graders in Mrs. Conn-Parent's art class are reflecting in writing on their processes and products as artists.
- Mr. Thomassen's fifth graders are working on discussing their literary analyses with peers.
- Scott's teacher candidates are doing their solo teaching and doing a fantastic job! Thank you to our supervising teachers (Mrs. Gonzales, Mrs. Mann, Mrs. Douglas, and Ms. Moore) for preparing and mentoring them so well. Keep up the good work, Ms. Gallegos, Ms. Smith, Ms. Thompson, and Ms. Haack!

Art to Remember
Hi families and friends,
Our school is participating in a creative fundraiser with Art to Remember that allows you to purchase keepsake products customized with your child's art. You can select a piece of artwork from home and upload it by going to https://arttoremember.com/school/3FT9U3 and following these instructions:
1. Go to the website listed above and click the “Upload” button.
2. Click “Choose a File” and select the piece of artwork you’d like to upload.
3. Edit artwork if necessary. Artwork will appear exactly as uploaded so please make sure you have any background cropped out.
4. Click “Next.”
5. Enter your child’s first and last name and click “Search.”
6. Click on your child’s name, enter additional details if you’d like, and click “Finish.”
7. This will take you to the shop page where you can shop products or upload additional artwork with the “+ Add Art” button 8. At checkout, you can enter a password to create an account and save the artwork to your personal family art gallery!
If you need a visual demonstration of how to walk through this process, please follow this link to watch a video tutorial: https://youtu.be/j2YOT0xH9Yk
These make great gifts and a percentage of every purchase goes right back to our school. Have fun creating and shopping!
Peace,
Rhonda Conn-Parent
