A float data type is any decimal number, you cant have whole numbers, just decimal numbers. So for Example:

Variable
A variable allows you to store bits of data, and when youre programming it allows you to get the daa at any point. For example:
First_name = "Ellis"
Now 'Ellis' is stored in 'First_name'.
Now you jus write ' print First_name' and it will output 'Ellis'.
