4th Period Geometry
what it does
The PCM compares each candidates to one another, then it assigns the point to the winner of the match-up.
Example:
number of points Ranking A B C
8 a>b>c 2 1
5 b>a>c
2 c>b>a
compare a & b: a b compare a & c: a c
8 5 8 2
2 5
= 8 7 a wins = 13 2 a wins
compare c & b: c b
2 8
5
= 2 13 b wins
overall A won the selection
