Morning Program Technology Use

As of this week, students may not use their personal technology during our morning program in the auditorium.

Students in grades 3-5 may use their Chromebooks, which are being monitored by teaching staff.

Students in grades K-2 are encouraged to either read or watch an educational video which will be playing on the screen each morning.

This change is due to the fact that we do not have enough staff on duty at that time of day to adequately monitor what students are doing on their personal devices. Students may certainly have their personal devices at school, but will not be allowed to have them out during this time period each morning (7:15-7:45).

Spring PTO Fundraiser

If you've been a part of North Pointe prior to this school year, you know that each January we kick off our Hustle for the Heart campaign, which is held on Valentine's Day. In an effort to increase participation and streamline the fundraising process, the PTO and school leadership have decided to go in a different direction this year and use an outside company, Step it Up! This will take the place of Hustle for the Heart this year.

More information will be coming home soon about this great opportunity for our school community. Get ready! Your kids are going to be so excited!

Exciting Opportunity for Future Teaching Candidates! Please help us spread the word!
