CREATE 78 is an exciting initiative that has just begun to increase access to the arts and to spread awareness about the benefits of arts education and arts integration: "It's a social justice issue. We know that 21st Century careers need creativity, people who can think outside the box and can work with others. And where do they get these skills? In the arts." Check out the news article HERE. We will be exploring ways that CREATE 78 can complement the great work we are doing here at RMS!

Yellow Ribbn Week & Youth Caregiver Retreat
We will hosting lunchtime activities this week in celebration of Yellow Ribbon Week to empower students to raise awareness about and to prevent teen suicide. We want to encourage students to speak out, know they are not alone and be able to seek help for themselves and their friends. Please encourage students to wear yellow on Wednesday to spread awareness.
On October 25th Cal State San Marcos will be hosting a free 1-day Youth Caregiver Retreat on the CSUSM campus!
