Welcome Back Wildcatters!
I am extremely excited to begin another year with my Wildcatter families. So far, we are off to an amazing start. First day was smooth sailing. As our new 7th graders and returning 8th graders visited the auditorium for campus expectations, they exemplified true Wildcatter spirit. I am thankful to welcome 920 students currently. At this time, there a still a few details that need to be taken care of for our students. First, make sure any affidavit paperwork, utility bill information, immunization records, or any other relevant information and procedures have all been completed.
We are switching over to a new ID system. Please be patient as we get this new system up and running. As soon as we are on track, you will see those IDs coming home. Please remind them that they are mandatory and not an option.
Our technology department is working diligently to get requested devices into student hands. All 7th grade students should have received their district devices. Our 8th graders should have district devices by the end of the week.
As our students travel throughout the building they are learning the quickest routes to classes. We have not started officially reporting tardies at this time. We will begin next Tuesday. Thankfully, students needing direction and help to get to classes have already decreased tremendously. Our Wildcatters are sharp and on top of everything!
