9:50 am- Bassett speaks on importance of weights
10:00 am-7 vs 7 Coach Worm and Joiner
10:30 am- Full team Coach Worm (Best v Best Only)
11:00 am- Conditioning / Bassett's Pep talk/ Importance of Conditioning
11:20 am- Gray Dismisses the Players/ Worm things we should have gone longer in team
Weights (Bassett, Gray)
This will be a full team weight lifting session using bench, squats, and power cleans. Used to improve the strength of the players.
7 on 7 (Worm, Joiner)
Coach Worm will use the 7 on 7 to improve the quarterbacks ability to throw passes on time. Allows receivers to learn route tree in a game like setting.
11 vs 11 ( Worm)
This will be a chance for the players to play against one another in a full team type drill. Coach Worm will then inform the players who is the best at each position. ( over and over)
