I will inform you on why people think William Shakespeare was the best English writer in history, what his childhood was like, and how he was inspired.

Why was Shakespeare considered the best writer in English History?

The reason why people thought Shakespeare was so talented and perfect is because over the 154 Sonnets and 37 plays he wrote you could imagine in your head with a perfect image and if you watching the live (when he was still alive) you could connect to it and see the message of the whole story. Shakespeare had a huge variety of genres in which people loved like comedies, tragedies, histories, romances, and problem plays. When Shakespeare was first starting out, he wrote sonnets just to entertain his friends, he was not expecting to turn out this big and popular. His plays also had very creative twist that actually had deep messages within the plays and sonnets. Shakespeare also created words to, like amazement, bloody, eventful and many of his phrases became proverbs even. Shakespeare was also very intelligent and also had lots of wisdom so he could really be flexible with his use of words.

Who was Shakespeare inspired by?

Shakespeare was inspired by two people Geoffrey Chaucer and Plutarch. These people were the Shakespeare's of their time. The reason why Shakespeare was influenced by Plutarch, is because Plutarch wrote a book called Parallel Lives. Most of Shakespeare's plays and sonnets were inspired by this one book. Plutarch had very high levels of education, he studied Mathematics and Philosophy. He was born on a small mountain called Petrachus in Greece. The other person Shakespeare was inspired by was Geoffrey Chaucer. Chaucer helped Shakespeare by introducing poem ideas and some speeches in plays like the "Queen Mab" speech in Romeo and Juliet. Chaucer grew up in a royal family and was very popular in the late 1300's. Chaucer's most popular poem was called Book of Duchess, this book was dedicated to Queen Philipa after she died.

What was Shakespeare's childhood like?

Shakespeare was born on April 23rd, 1564 in a small town called Stratford-Upon-Avon in a small English market located about 100 miles Northeast of London along the banks of the River Avon. William Shakespeare was born 23 April 1564 in Stratford-Upon-Avon, in a small English market town located about 100 miles northwest of London along the banks of the River Avon. Out of the 8 Shakespeare’s that were born, only 5 made it into adulthood, William was the 4th child. William’s education was depicted as poor and uneducated by bibliographers, but real he went to tough grammar schools 6 days a week and started to learn Latin and the ripe age of seven years old. When he turned 18, he married Anne Hathaway and she was 26. Later in the marriage they had 3 kids Hamnet, Judith and Susanna. Hamnet died at the age of eleven. The twin sister of Hamnet was Judith and she married a man named Thomas Quiney. The last one was Susanna and she married John hall.
