October Soul Retreat
Yoga to restore, release and reLight your fire!
A powerful blend of Kundalini Yoga, Meditations, Sound Healing (Gong Baths), Mantra, Shakti Dance (Yoga of Dance, arising from Kundalini Yoga), Sacred Drum Journeying, stretching, relaxation, woodland walks, and nourishing vegetarian food at a truly beautiful venue on the edge of the Cotswolds. There is a purpose built yoga room, open fire place, fire circle and stone circle, stars, lake, woods, and fresh air.
You can do as much or as little as you want. And you don't need to be super fit or bendy to attend! This is a very healing yoga on all levels...
Enjoy space to reflect and release, with a focus on the Element of Fire to coincide with a Grand Trine of Fire in the planets – a time to cremate the superfluous and ignite the light to carry you through the darker months. It is the time to get on your cosmic high-horse and reach for the stars! This is the energy to ride to make your deepest dreams come true and the courage to be You, rather than what others expect of you.

PRICE: £295 inclusive (please note you will need to bring a top & bottom sheet & towel). To secure your place, please email me for BACS details.You are also welcome to stay the night before or after the retreat for an additional £20/night (self-catering). Great Value!
Couples: We are offering a special rate for people sharing a bed - £250 each.
ACCOMMODATION: Either twin rooms or doubles available, so bring your partner or friend if you’d like to.
Spaces are limited to approx. 8 so please secure your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
This will be facilitated by 2 inspiring teachers, Natalie Fishwick and Karen Maxwell. We are really excited to be bringing you this transformational weekend.
