Colors for Caring is Monday, February 5

What is Colors for Caring?
On the first Monday of each month in the 2017-18 school year, Mansfield ISD is encouraging the community to wear a color that represents a cancer that affected the life of a loved one. (View a cancer color chart here.)
The remaining Colors for Caring Days for 2017-18 are:

- Monday, April 2
- Monday, May 7

5th Grade Benchmark Testing
Wednesday, February 21 and Thursday, February 22 all 5th graders will take Benchmark Exams in Math and Reading to help prepare for STAAR testing. We will have a closed campus lunch those 2 days for both 5th and 6th grade lunches.
If you would like to bring your child lunch on either of these days, you can drop it off in the front office, however, no visitors will be allowed to eat lunch in the cafeteria on these 2 days. This includes 6th grade lunches as well.
Friendly Reminder about Students Arriving Before 8:00 AM
Icenhower staff begins their duty day at 8:00 AM. Students who are dropped off before 8:00 AM will not be supervised.
The school day ends at 4:00 PM. Please make sure your student is picked up in a timely manner.
