Our Highlights: What We've Been Rockin' At!

This week we continued our writing of using great description and focused on developing our writing through the writing process. There was some AMAZING writing, students seem to be taking the lessons closely to heart and applying it in their mini-writing. I look forward to seeing them continue this great descriptive writing in their everyday writing as well. Ask them what feeling adjective they got and how they showed it!

We also had the fantastic Ms. Rog join us on Thursday. She taught us about oviparous animals and what kinds of eggs they lay. She also taught us a little about snakes...and we even got to touch her snake named Morty (only if we wanted to though). Ask your kiddo what an oviparous animal is! See if they can name one of the eggs we saw! I will be sharing about how Morty sheds on Tuesday and be showing them his shedding.
