Sign up to help at the Tate's Halloween Carnival TODAY!
CLICK HERE to Volunteer for this fun event!
Masquers has the opportunity to make $500 on Friday, October 28th!! Tate's School in Knoxville needs help with their Halloween Carnival. They would like us to supply 20-25 students and a few adults to help run the carnival, and they will then donate $500 to Masquers! So we need you to help! Please click on the link above!
The group should meet Friday, 10/28, down in the Tate's Gallery in front of the Ham & Goodies at 4:30 pm. One of the Carnival Chairs for games will meet us down there and walk us up to the barn. They will feed everyone pizza and water and give us our game assignments and instructions. We will then go to our areas in pairs (always 2 kids to a game or inflatable). IF YOU NEED A RIDE, MEET AT ORHS BY THE MASQUERS OFFICE AT 3:30!
Games and food service begin at 5:30. The parents/sponsors will go around to check on them, relieve them to use the restroom or take them more water. The carnival ends at 8:30. They would like us to stay and help "pack up/clean up" as needed.
If there is inclement weather predicted, they will make that decision by Thursday evening or early Friday morning. The rain date is Sunday, 10/30. The carnival will run from 3-6 if it shifts to Sunday, so the team should arrive at Ham & Goodies at 2 pm.
When? Fri, Oct 28, 2022, 04:30 PM
Where? 1049 N Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville, TN, USA

Showcase News!
Rehearsal Schedule & Updated Cast List
The Showcase schedule is evolving. Please keep the TBD dates open as we need to determine rehearsal time based on progress and complexity of the numbers. Click here for the link to the full rehearsal schedule. This document will be updated as the schedule fills out. Everyone who is performing in the Large Group Numbers are required to be at the rehearsals for the Large Group Numbers. If you have told us of a conflict, we have that marked and know we can get you caught up. If you are sick, contact Izzy asap (865)315-3470. Because we have so few rehearsals, missing more than one rehearsal (this is not permission to miss one - you must be excused) may result in the directors pulling you from an act. This is not to be mean, but rehearsal is important and essential to a quality performance.
