I've decided to share everything (for now) in one e-mail that you can refer back to. Please do not look at this and feel overwhelmed. Use this as a resource as you start to shift your perspective and build your team. I will be here to guide and support you every step of the way.
The Plan - An 8 Week Commitment
1. Track What You Are Doing Each Day
Use the Weekly Contacts Tracking form found here and on our Pilot Group page to track your contacts and results each week. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1H0x-3PbU-8cjY4YzZYYVc3TVk/view?usp=sharing I keep track daily in a notebook, and then transfer the weekly data to this sheet to track my stats.
2. E-mail me your stats every Sunday, starting June 21 and ending August 9.
This will give you 8 weeks to really try out Pam's techniques and see what kind of impact they are making on your business.

3. Have at least 3 conversations a day. (average of 15 per week)
Remember, you are sharing an opportunity, not trying to get something for yourself. Look for the chance to share this opportunity! Anytime, Anywhere, Anyone, Always Ask!
4. Set a goal to have at least 1 interview per week.
If you can, set aside the same time each week that you are available for interviews, so when you are out and about or at a party and someone shows interest in the opportunity, you can set it up right away. Or, if your schedule doesn't permit that, look at your calendar week by week and decide which days/times you want to interview.
5. Work to get at least 1 party per week on the books. (avg. of 3-4 per mo.)
In order to set up interviews, you have to be in front of people. Each party should generate at least one interview for the following week.
6. Sponsor at least 1 new person by June 30.
Sponsor at least 2-3 new team members by the end of the 8 week session (ending on August 9). You can do this! As you shift your perspective you will start to see where and how you can share this opportunity everywhere!
7. Ask for referrals!
This is key to breaking out of your current circle of hostesses and customers.
8. Set a goal for the fiscal year (June 2015-May 2016) to find 12 brand new hostesses.
That would equal out to 1 new hostess in June and 1 new hostess in July during the 8 week training.
9. Join me once a week on a conference call (15-20 min.) at 8:30 pm on Thursday evenings.
The purpose of this call will be to check in and share how things are going for you as you implement this training into your business, and ask any questions you might have about the process.
