PTO March Madness Fundraiser

The Excitement Begins on March 20!!!

The Bobcats will Get the 'Ball' Rolling soon to help you Map Out the Madness to support our school!!!

Calling all Bobcats…The RBM PTO is having a basketball calendar fundraiser to help support our school from March 20 - 31, 2023!

What: Classes will be competing in a challenge to fill up their class calendar with donations. The class in each grade span (K-1, 2-3, and 4-5) that has their sign-up genius completed first (with donations turned in) will play in the March Madness basketball game against the Encore and Admin. team on Tuesday, April 4, 2023!!

This year we will be having OVERTIME rounds on top of the calendar sign-ups. The class in each grade span that collects the most money will have an ice cream party and the teacher will receive a gift card!

All classes that fill up their sign-up sheet (with donations collected) will be invited to attend the game to see the winning class compete against the teachers.

How this works: Students will pick a day of the month and donate the corresponding dollar amount. For example, if a student chooses the 10th, they will donate $10, or if they choose the 3rd, they will donate $3.

Each class will have a Sign-up Genius that will be sent out through Class Dojo, with a link to our square site to make donations online (preferred method). Feel free to forward the Sign-Up Genius to your family, friends, and neighbors as well!

Each classroom will have a calendar similar to the one on the back of this handout to keep track of donations as they come in. You may also turn in cash or check donations to your teacher that correspond to the date you chose through the sign-up genius if you prefer. Every little bit helps!

We are excited for our Bobcats to have fun with this fundraiser and cannot wait to see which classes will play in the basketball games! If you have any questions, please feel free to email the PTO at rbmpto@gmail.com.

Thank you so much for your support and let’s go Bobcats!

We have so much to be proud of when it comes to our RBM engineers! Our two Vex Robotics teams, all first-timers, competed in the elementary VEX competition showing teamwork, ingenuity, and grit to the very end, even when the challenge got tough, ranking 19th (Code Cats) and 27th (Robo Bobcats) overall.
