Note from the Principal's Desk
Happy Grandparent's Day! We enjoyed welcoming parents to visit classrooms for pastries with parents Friday! Thank you to all the parents who donated donuts and juice for our event.
PTA has organized an energized walk to school day this Wednesday! We hope you can join us! The map and information is in this newsletter.
The Scholastic Book Fair is coming the week of September 19th! This year, say hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account. Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. (Cash will still be accepted) If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop at our school’s Online Book Fair. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. Your online orders will also benefit our school.
Visit our Book Fair homepage to learn more and get started with eWallet and online shopping: https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/huntleyhillselementary
Please consider kindly donating to a collaborative eWallet for low-income students to access, so every student can bring home a book! Funds will be allocated via teacher discretion. Thank you for your generosity!

If your student is unsure of their schedule for the day and whether or not they have strings that day, please have them just bring the instrument to school anyways so they don’t show up to class empty handed.
