LHS TIGER TALK

Medication Pick up
As the school year comes to an end, we would like to remind parents that it is necessary for all medications to be picked up at school by Friday, May 27, 2022. All medications must be picked up in the LHS clinic by an adult. No medications will be transported home with the students. All medication not picked up by the last day of school will be disposed of properly. Medications should be picked up between the hours of 8am and 2pm any school day by checking in at the reception office. If these times do not work, please contact Katie Sutton (513) 697-3708 or via email at suttonka@lovelandschools.org to set up an appointment to come in and pick up your child’s medication.
The “Permission to Dispense” form can be found on the school website under “Forms” and should be completed for next year if your child needs to take medications at school. Please note the lines discussing the transportation of medications as this will be strictly enforced. As medications are changed or new ones started, please have your physician fill out the form completely and submit to your child’s school at the beginning of the school year. Remember your portion of the form needs to be completed as well.
We appreciate your cooperation in getting your child’s medication picked up.
