Incredible Things Happen when Incredible People Come Together!
McAllister Family - What a way to kick it up a notch as we moved into the 2nd week of the school year. Your dedication to improving instruction and engaging our young learners is second to none. Thank you all for making "IF" Time a priority and truly making it work as we all grow together. This coming week we will not have a faculty meeting as we met together and covered TKES earlier this week. Rest & Recharge for the week to come! Next week is bound to #BeIncredible! #MESrocks

Reminders/Updates for the Week
- Be on the lookout for an email from Ms. Craven regarding Solar Eclipse Plans!
- Amazon Business - Please accept the invitation and set-up your account. We now have the ability to make purchases through amazon. Purchases will of course not be approved until I have seen them, but this will make finding items more effective and cost efficient if you were to submit a wish-list.
- Please make sure you have turned in ALL free/reduced lunch forms.
- We will hold bus room and cafeteria until 7:40 on Monday, August 21, 2017.
- Students will not be allowed to participate in the outdoor eclipse activities if their parents opted them out, please keep a comprehensive list for your class.
- Transportation changes can NOT be taken over the phone or via email, parent must send in note via child or drop off in front office themselves.
- PTSO - Membership lists will be shared with you next week so that you know who has & who has not signed up.
Making Moves at McAllister
- Habecker's #Talks are not to be taken lightly, she was rocking it this week with her kiddos.
- Ever heard of a breakout box? Ms. Woods engaged students with breakout boxes this week in resource, super awesome to see in action.
- Ms. Schumacher has been a fantastic edition to our SpEd staff, she's here, there and everywhere.
- Ms. Poole's go-getter attitude has been a great addition to our counseling staff. 504's RTI's, class counseling sessions, 1:1, you name it - she's got it!
- Ms. Nobles ideas have been put into play this week with car rider line, we move the line up and have made matter more efficient! Keep em coming!

Bright Ideas Grant - Due 8/31
Don't Delay - Make sure that you sign up for a Bright Ideas Grant Today! Last year we had one winner when Ms. Lori Roberts was presented with a special prize from the prize patrol. You could be the next!
Monogram Decals - RHHS School Store
Sticker monograms that can be placed on just about anything. Comes in two sizes: Small (2.5" x 3") $3.00 and Large (3" x 3.5") $5.00. Those ordered at others school will be paid for/delivered through the Pony or dropped off at your front office.
