Titans on Campus
20 students went on a field trip to Monroe Community College to meet with their academic advisors and sign up for classes, finish the financial aid process, get their college student ID's, and go on a campus tour. They are ready to start their college journey come fall!

Attention all AP Lit students:
The AP Lit exam is upon us!Ms Byrne will be holding review sessions for the AP Lit exam on the following dates:
Monday May 2 & Tuesday May 3 - before school- 8:00-8:30 am and after school 3:32-4:00. You do not have to stay for the entire session.
The sessions will focus on writing the poetry essay & essay #3- the "book" essay.
All sessions will take place in Ms Byrne's room, 335, North Hall. There will be handouts, so stop in for a handout if you can't stay for the session.
Thomas’ Trades and Job Fair
Save the Date. The Thomas’ Trades and Job Fair will be Monday, May 16th in the Field House from 10 am until 2 pm.
Over 20 representatives from trade schools, apprenticeships, unions, technical colleges, and entrepreneurs will be hosting informational sessions for students. There also will be over 20 local businesses who are looking for part time employees or summer help.
No need to sign-up, just plan on showing up during your free block or lunch to take advantage of this great opportunity!

Boys and Girls Track and Field
The Girls Track team beat Greece Olympia Odyssey Tuesday 105-36. Double winners for Thomas: Gianna L in the long jump and triple jump and Jenna McL in the 400 and 400 hurdles. Also winning: Natalia S in the mile, Carolyn M in the 800, Jada K in 200, Sami K in the 2 mile, Clara W in the high jump, Jane C in shot put, Skyler K in discus and Ella H in the pole vault. The girls also won the 4x1, 4x4 and 4x8 relays.
The Boys Track team won their meet vs Greece Olympia Odyssey. They beat them by a score of 119-22. This puts the Titans at 3-0 on the season and looking into this weekend's Invitational meet at Penfield on Saturday. One of the highlights of last night's meet was the FIRST EVER five way tie for first place in Thomas history in the two mile run. Connor T, Evan L, JJ M, Will B. and Jerry L. all came across the line together at 11 minutes and 32 seconds. Other strong performances came from Sophomore, Calvin L as he took first place in the 400 meter dash and from throwers Martin C and Erik S as they each took first in the Shotput and Discus Throw.
Softball
The Titans went 2-0 over the break. Beating Hilton 9-0 and Gates Chili 4-3. In a lightning delay game that was suspended on Monday and continued Tuesday, the Titans picked up a huge win over NYS state ranked Webster Schroeder Tuesday night 1-0. Pitcher Rose N went the full game only allowing 3 hits and striking out 4. Julia M scored the game's only run with Mary M hitting a single to score Julia. Third baseman Maddie T played a great defensive game while going 1 for 2 with a walk at the plate.
Thomas defeated Bishop Kearney 20-0 last night. Maddie H pitched five innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out four and walking zero. Molly S went 2 for 4 with a single, double and walk. Emma B had a stellar night at the plate with a double, triple, walk, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored.
The Titans will face Gates Chili tonight and will host Pittsford Mendon at 7pm for their Senior Night Saturday night.

Boys Lacrosse
The boys Lacrosse team went 1-1 over the break. They beat Irondequoit (previously unbeaten) and lost to Clarence from section 6.
They traveled to Spencerport Tuesday evening to take on the Rangers. They lost 13-9. Chase G had 4 goals and one assist. Nate H had 2 goals. Jack B, Ethan S, and Mike D. each had a goal on the night.
The Titans hosted Greece Storm Thursday evening on Senior Night. They beat the Storm 15-2. Nathan H had 3 goals. Ethan S. with 2 assists, Evan P added 1 goal 2 assists.Chase G 4 goals and -1 assist, David P 2 goals and -1assist, Reid D 2 goals, Joseph T 2 goals, Michael D 2 assists, Jagger A had 1goal. Owen D had 1 save allowed 2 goals against in 41 minutes played.Zachary Isaac played 7 minutes and had 0 saves.
The Titans play Hamburg from Section 6 tonight at 6pm .
Girls Lacrosse
Girls Lacrosse went 2-0 over the break beating Pal Mac 14-3 and Waterloo 14-7.
The Brighton Game Wednesday was postponed due to weather.
The Girls play Greece Storm, home tonight at 7:45
The Titans travel to Liverpool (section 3 ) Saturday.
Boys Golf
The Titans played at Monroe Golf Club Monday vs Pittsford Sutherland, McQuaid and Fairport. They lost the three way match. 338 Thomas, 329 Sutherland and 319 Fairport.
The golfers were in action again Wednesday traveling to Penfield CC to take on the Patriots. They won the match 211 to 220. Ryan M was the low scorer on the day shooting a 38. Owen T. shot 40. Ethan C and Evan M shot a 44. Jack R had 45.
Baseball
The boys went 1-2 over the break. Beating Batavia and losing to Rush Henrietta and Pittsford Sutherland.
Monday night they beat Greece Olympia/ Odyssey. 7-2.
Joe P picked up his first Varsity win, pitching scoreless innings and had the game winning hit. Colby W. had a double and a triple with one RBI. Josh B. and Nathan H. each had 2 hits and 2 RBIs. Nate Z. had 2 hits, Garret W. had 1 hit and James B. had an RBI in the win.
The Titans traveled to Greece Thursday night and came away with a 21-0 win. James B had 2 hits and 3 run HR 5 RBIs Josh B had 2hits 3 RBI Garrett W had 2 hits 1 RBI. Shane T went 4 no hit innings, Joe B went 2 innings with 0 ERs and Alex D went 1 inning with 0 ER.
The Titans host Schroeder tonight. First pitch is at 7:15pm
Boys Tennis
Boys Tennis played Victor Tuesday afternoon. Even though they lost the match 0-7. There were many close games within the match.
The Titans traveled to Penfield Thursday to play the Patriots. They lost the match 5-2. Winners in the match included the 1st doubles team of William L and Ethan W. -6-7(7-9),10-8 ,7-5. And the 3rd doubles team of Colby A and Sohail S. 6-4, 6-4.
