RES Staff Update
April 13-17
Picking Up Supplies from Classrooms
We realize that some of you may need certain items from your classroom to continue planning for the upcoming weeks. Please read all of the information below if you need to pick up materials from your classroom.
- Email or text me if you are coming, and when you are coming.
- You may come Monday between 11:30-1:30 or Tuesday, 10:00-12:00
- Park on the left side if you are facing the school (NOT the parking lot where buses load)
- Participate in the screening by Joyce at the front entrance.
- Read the screening questionnaire below. If you answer YES to any of the questions, DO NOT come to school. You will not be allowed to enter, and it is unsafe for others to be around you.
- Once you finish your screening, you should only go to your classroom. If you need materials from another area, be sure to communicate that to me so we can have the custodians disinfect those areas too.
- Practice social distancing at all times.
- If you need your hovercam and did not pick it up previously, please complete the technology check-out form, https://forms.gle/EYfgGQUnPUojagq59. You are responsible for the equipment, so please be extremely careful with it at home.

Questions and answers are being added to this document daily. Use the district website and this document to answer parent questions. Please do not attempt to answer questions you are unsure about. Record any questions you are not sure about and forward them to your AP or me.
- The google folder (COVID-19 Teacher Resources) is here. Everything that is referenced will be shared in this folder.
