MRE FOOD CHALLENGE

On Wednesday, Amanda Kramer from the Army National Guard led the MRE Food Challenge in ProStart 1 and ProStart 2. Students were given an MRE and then were given the green light to use their imagination and create an appetizing dish. The students could use anything they could find in the pantry, freezer, and fridge to add to the MRE. Students were so creative in their meal choices! Lasagna, tortellini, enchiladas, burritos, and even a dessert was made! Thank you to Amanda at the Iowa National Guard for introducing our students to the world of MREs!
