Christmas Eve at SJV - 12.24.23
The children and youth of The Catholic Community of Flint will be participating in Christmas Eve Mass on December 24th at 4:00 pm.
The children and youth will open the Christmas Season with Mass at 4:00 pm celebrating the birth of Jesus and the holiday season.
Martin Jennings, coordinator of the mass since 2011 is coordinating again as this year's program which takes its cue from the very statues displayed in the Nativity Scene at St. John Vianney each year at Christmas.
Assisting Mr. Jennings is Ms. Lynnette Coggins, Teacher and Staff Member at St. John Vianney Catholic School, Mrs. Jan Easterbrook Coggins and direction of musical instrumentation and vocal participation is being led and directed by Mr. Matt Forsleff and Mrs. Marcy Forsleff.

As done in the past, there are minimal rehearsals that will take place for main characters on 12/12from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm for readers, lectors and some principal characters as well as one FULL CAST rehearsal for all participants on 12/23/22 from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm.
