Thinglink
Thinglink is a site (also an app) that enables the user to make connections between an image (that serves as the base for the project) and other sites, videos, images, or text.
Adobe Voice*
Adobe Video is an iPad app and web program that allows the creator to create slides with pictures and text along with using his/her voice to talk about the slides. The finished product plays like a movie.
Adobe Slate*
Adobe Page is an iPad app AND a program on the computer (this feature is brand new!) that allows the user to create professional photo essay slideshows. The layout options that create sophisticated, unique products.
Answer Garden
Answer Garden is a site that lets you easily post a question or topic, share the URL (or ID code, if using the iPad app), and get answers or feedback from everyone who has the site link or ID. It works well as a way to brainstorm or start a discussion.
Blendspace
Blendspace gives the user a platform to host links, quizzes, videos, images, and documents. It's a way to share a lot of information from different locations at once. It works well to set up a lesson or as a space to showcase student work.
Canva
Canva is an image editor that allows the user to create professional looking presentations, layouts and graphics. It has a vast library of images, filters, fonts and ideas to assist in creating beautiful products.
Emaze
Emaze is a presentation tool. It offers templates to create a polished presentation that draws in the viewers. Some of the templates have 3D and/or animated elements that enhance the visual appeal without extra preparation.
Smore
Smore allows the creator to make a digital flyer, as seen here. The site gives you lots of options including images, videos, and media. You can make up to five flyers for free.
Videonot.es
Videonot.es allows you to watch a video and take notes on the video that are timestamped and synchronized as you type the notes. It fully integrates with Google Drive as well.
Kahoot
Kahoot is an online game-based tool that can be used for assessment or discussions. Students must enter a pin number to participate in a game or quiz and get immediate feedback as they participate.
Padlet
Padlet is similar to an online bulletin board, where users can post images, videos, graphics or documents. Walls can be public or private and can be customized to reflect the work being shared.
Popplet
Popplet is a mind-mapping tool that can be used to visualize and connect ideas. It can be used for graphic organizers, brainstorming, timelines, etc.
