Principal's Message
We have had another week with many positive cases and resulting quarantines. We understand the impact this has on our students, staff, and families. We are doing our best to communicate with impacted families as quickly as possible. Sometimes this is through an all-class message using Schoolwise. Some teachers use Class Dojo as well. This allows them to send messages to individual parents or the class as a whole. In order for you to receive this communication, it is imperative that we have current contact information in the office. If you need to make changes, please call (530) 257-5161.
Due to the large number of students wishing to test in order to return from quarantine on Monday, we are asking families to pull up in front of the school and call the office to let us know you are here. We will send a nurse out to your car to provide the test. This will help us keep potential positive cases out of our office area.
We have a limited amount of testing kits still available in our school office for those who are interested. You can also use this link https://special.usps.com/testkits to request testing kits sent to your home. We are here to answer any questions you may have. You can also reach me via email at tcockerill@susanvillesd.org.
Have a great weekend~
