To ensure that I have the best health every day I will take care of myself the best that I can. This includes eating healthy and right, getting enough exercise, and thinking of myself in a good way. All of these things will help both my physical and mental health.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to "pain" by always remembering that before things can get better, they need to get worse. Just because I feel "pain" at a certain time does not mean that I will always feel it. What I will gain from pain is the knowledge of knowing not to do what ever has caused me the "pain" again. The reason that we can feel pain is so that we can learn from it. Without it we would never learn not to do something because there would be no punishments.
I Am Who I Am Because Of My Surroundings
I want happiness from life. So I need to surround myself with people who will make me happy. Not people who always put me down about things, but people who appreciate me for who I am and make me feel good about myself.
