WMS Morning Memo

Welcome Back

Happy January - AND - Happy 2014!

The new year is a time for reflection... What can I do better? How can I loose those 10lbs I've been lugging around? How can I be happier? I broke last year's resolution, maybe I'll try again...

And then comes the goal setting... I will... This year I am going to... I'm planning on...

It reminds me of what we do as educators each and every day. Being reflective practitioners is part of the game. In order to survive and thrive in this complex world of education, being reflective and goal oriented is a non-negotiable.

So, as we embark on a fresh start (again), tap into your natural skill set. When you have time, check THIS out. It's an empowering article that made me reflect, and set some pretty tangible goals for 2014.
