Made with black beans, hominy, chilies, vegetable stock and spices with shredded chicken and cheese added.

How to Order
Send email to the RELCafé to place your order no later than 3pm on Monday, February 2nd. Please bring cash or check to the Culinary Cafe (room F104) no later than 3 pm on Tuesday, February 3rd. Unfortunately, unpaid meals will not be prepared.
Please tell us which period you would like your lunch and if it is "to-go" or if you will be "dining-in". Food will be prepared fresh and will be ready at the beginning of the period requested. If you have other needs please let us know so we do not prepare your food too soon.
