Brain breaks for high school students

My Favorites
Have students fill out a list of their favorite things. You can limit it to their top 5 favorite things or ask them about their favorite things in specific categories. When you need a brain break, choose a random student's paper. As you read that student's favorite things (keep it anonymous), have students stand up if they also like that "thing" or stay seated if they don't like that "thing". It's great relationship building when the teacher participates too!
